Ngorongoro Simba Campsite: A public campsite located on the rim of Ngorongoro crater. Wild Drama Tanzania Safaris offers Ngorongoro Simba campsite as basic accommodation for adventure lovers too. The largest campsite inside Ngorongoro crater, also most frequently used due to its closeness to the Loduare gate where the majority of tourists come from, and the crater. The best area to start roaming the crater earlier.
The name ‘public’ refers that more than one unrelated group or person can use it at the same time, no pre-booking required. There are facilities available such as toilets, Kitchen and security. Simba A Campsite has two of each facility, like two kitchens, two dining areas, and two sets of toilets. But on the other hand, Private Campsites are exclusive. Need prior booking before you get there and have no security and facilities available.
