School Productions are an exciting and dynamic opportunity for students to SHINE! Many of us have fond memories of our school show.
Unfortunately, behind the scenes, there are many teachers, staff members, parents and volunteers who have given their all to make the magic happen - often causing their primary tasks to suffer.
WiLD is able to DIRECT and PRODUCE School Productions and Shows. Wendy has many years of experience in directing school and youth productions. She is able to involve all students to the highest level and produce theatre that is a positive and successful experience for all - students, staff, parents and community.

Whether you want to provide students with a theatre experience as part of an extension programme or want to include every student in the school - we can help. Musical, play, concert or talent showcase - the choice is yours. We can help with finding shows and scripts to help you decide which show to do, planning the rehearsals and directing the production. If you have staff who are already specialists in Performing Arts, we are able to work along side them to ease their load - we know how big a job the school show can be.

She reaches for the stars (no pun intended!) in every project she is associated with. Her EXPERIENCE is varied and thorough. Contracting WILD to your School Show will not only guarantee success but will allow STAFF TO BREATHE A SIGH OF RELIEF! While it is not ideal for staff to be totally removed from the process, it certainly relieves them of the stress of extra workloads and drain on their energies. We are able to work during class time as well as during breaks and after school or in weekends. This FLEXIBILITY allows maximum availability to work with students with MINIMUM DISRUPTION to normal school routines and activities.

FEES:

Contract fees are negotiated on an individual basis - depending on your needs. However, schools are usually able to make the production self-funding by gaining income through ticket sales and sponsorship (we have some great new ideas with regard to this too!). We are experienced in working within very limited budgets and are creatures of thinking creatively of ways to make shows look like a million dollars without actually having to have cost that much!
To give you some idea of fee structure, WiLD would charge around $2000-4000 to fully direct and produce a school play or musical.
